Shipping Policy
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all locations within Malaysia, including both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Charges
- Peninsular Malaysia:
- Free shipping for orders above RM200.
- A flat fee of RM10 applies for orders below RM200.
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak):
- Free shipping for orders above RM300.
- A flat fee of RM15 applies for orders below RM300.
Delivery Timeframes
- Peninsular Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
- East Malaysia: Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days after dispatch.
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, festive periods, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your shipment.
Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable to receive your package, our courier partner will attempt redelivery. Should redelivery fail, the parcel may be held at the nearest courier center for self-collection.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or international addresses.
- Hazardous or oversized items may be subject to additional fees or special arrangements.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at watercosolutions@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the package, and a description of the issue for prompt assistance.
